Leader2Leader Abroad is a leadership exchange program designed to connect US leaders and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) alumni with industry peers around the world. Through a series of immersive experiences, leaders will engage in cross-cultural dialogue, share best practice, and cultivate networks. Participants will collaborate on projects, attend leadership workshops, and contribute to the advancement of educational and economic equity. Leader2Leader Abroad aims to foster cross-cultural learning and empower leaders to use their industry knowledge and expertise to foster collaboration, diversity, and innovations in leadership practices around the world.
