Leader2Leader Abroad is a leadership exchange program designed to connect US leaders and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) alumni with industry peers in the Global South. Through a series of immersive experiences, leaders will engage in cross-cultural dialogue, share best practice, and cultivate networks. Participants will collaborate on projects, attend leadership workshops, and contribute to the advancement of educational and economic equity in their respective regions. Leader2Leader Abroad aims to foster cross-cultural learning and empower leaders to use their industry knowledge and expertise to make a difference around the world.
