Leader2Leader Abroad is proud to partner with United Way South Africa to launch the Next Level Leader Cohort, an international leadership exchange for social impact leaders ages 21-30. Selected young adults will participate in a life-changing travel experience to South Africa. Nominations are now available for partial travel scholarships with special consideration given to current HBCU students and HBCU alumni.

Nominate an exceptional, compassionate, social impact leader, interested in learning alongside peer leaders from around the world. A limited number of partial scholarships will be available. Travel options include: 1) One Week Option to Cape Town 1-8, 2026 or 2) Two Week Option to Cape Town and Johannesburg 1-13, 2026. Leader2Leader Abroad will assist young adults access travel scholarships to attend 4-Day summit and peer leader exchange (November 3-6, 2026). Due to the high volume of interest, nominations are not a guarantee of scholarship support.
